Hello, my name is Eric Lessig. I have forty years of experience in commercial and residential construction, property maintenance and property inspections. For thirty-one of those years I have owned and operated a business specializing in commercial and residential engineering. I am also a licensed Home Inspector through InterNACHI. For forty-four years I have served my community as a volunteer firefighter and am currently the Deputy Fire Chief at Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Hello, my name is Ryan Lessig. I am a licensed Home Inspector through InterNACHI. I have been performing professional home inspections for four years. Prior to becoming a home inspector I served my community as a volunteer firefighter for several years. Through my volunteer firefighting experience I realized a passion for helping others. My mission now as a home inspector is to provide my clients with a professional home inspection service and a comprehensive digital report that will help them make informed decisions alongside their agent when buying or selling a home.

Standard Home Inspection
I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it's also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the Surgeon General. One out of 15 homes is estimated to have dangerously elevated radon levels.
